  Karen and Paul are wonderful. We are in the process of moving my 88 year old mother to a retirement home this Memorial Day Weekend. Everything is very stressful to her. She was sitting in her most favorite chair this morning and leg broke on her ottoman. She called me in tears. I called Koch's and talked to Karen. She told me to bring ottoman in and they would see what they could do. They fixed it immediately and my mother had a smile on her face again. Can't thank them enough. Have used their services before and they did a great job. I would recommend them to everyone!!!
