  We spent a lot of money on a poorly made door and got terrible service from Pella. They installed a sliding door with a broken lock and didn't say anything, then took 1.5 weeks to replace it. We are still waiting to get the broken bug strip on our screen repaired. We had hoped having Pella employees install the door would make a difference- it didn't. Shop around for less expensive, better quality doors. We are sorry we went with this company after our prior Pella sliding door lasted so long.
